大直径短桩工作特性研究
RESEARCH ON THE WORKING CHARACTERISTICS OF THE LARGE-DIAMETER SHORT PILE
【摘要】 桩基础是中高层建筑普遍采用的基础形式。本研究解析了某通信大楼桩基的设计竖向承载力与检测验收试验数据之间存在较大差异的问题,讨论了问题产生的原因以及大直径短桩的荷载传递特征,介绍了利用灰土换填成功处理工程事故的方法。研究成果表明,大直径桩的侧阻力和端阻力都随着桩径增大而衰减,本工程大直径短桩的侧阻力仅发挥了30%;对大直径短桩进行扩底形成大直径扩底桩,可提高其竖向承载力。
【Abstract】 Pile foundations are a commonly used foundation type for mid-to-high-rise buildings.This article analyses the significant discrepancy between the designed vertical bearing capacity and the inspection acceptance tests of the pile foundation in a communication building,discusses the causes of the problem and the load transfer characteristics of large-diameter short piles,introduces the method of successfully handling engineering accidents by replacing with lime soil.Researches result show that the shaft and tip resistance of large-diameter piles decrease with the increase of pile diameter,and the shaft resistance of the large-diameter short piles in this project only plays a role of about 30%,expanding the bottom of large-diameter short piles to form large-diameter expanded bottom piles can improve its vertical bearing capacity.
