施工管理应用智能建造实践研究
PRACTICAL RESEARCH ON THE APPLICATION OF INTELLIGENT CONSTRUCTION IN CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
【摘要】 聚焦施工管理领域,深入探讨智能建造技术在设计交底、施工现场管理以及信息管理中的创新实践。从设计交底由“二维平面”向“沉浸式交互”转变,施工现场从“现场试错”到“精准预演”革新,信息管理从“数据孤岛”迈向“多方联动”升级三个维度,详细阐述智能建造技术的应用路径、优势及实际效果。通过具体工程案例分析,揭示了智能建造对施工管理效率提升、质量保障、成本控制的重要作用,为建筑行业施工管理的数字化转型提供理论依据与实践参考。
【Abstract】 This study focuses on the field of construction management, delving into the innovative applications of smart construction technology across three key areas: design disclosure, construction site management, and information management. It examines the transformation from 2D drawings to immersive interaction in design disclosure, the shift from on-site trial-and-error to precise simulation in construction site management, and the evolution from data silos to multi-party collaboration in information management. The paper details the application pathways, advantages, and practical outcomes of smart construction technologies within these dimensions. Through case studies of specific projects, it highlights the significant role of intelligent construction in enhancing construction management efficiency, ensuring quality, and controlling costs. This research provides both a theoretical foundation and practical reference for the digital transformation of construction management within the building industry.
