【Abstract】 This paper takes the Xizongbu neighborhood renewal project as a case study to explore the implementation path for urban regeneration in the capital core area under the context of stock-based renewal. Through coordinated planning and design, multidisciplinary collaboration, and an operation-oriented mechanism introduced at an early stage, the project advances the integrated goals of urban character conservation, improvement of residents’ living conditions, and neighborhood revitalization.更多还原
