【Abstract】 Intelligent construction represents an emerging trend in the construction industry; however, traditional management models are unable to meet its evolving demands. Driven by technological progress, innovative management models based on intelligent construction have been increasingly applied. This paper examines these innovative models, primarily including: achieving penetrative intelligent governance through innovations in government supervision models, realizing intelligent project management through innovations in project management models, and enabling data-driven decision-making through innovations in process management models.
