顶管减阻泥浆配比优化及性能对比试验研究

【摘要】 文章针对顶管施工对泥浆性能的工程需求,围绕漏斗黏度、滤失量、pH值等指标,选取辽宁与安徽两种膨润土开展配比优化试验。其采用两阶段法:初筛试验确定组分适宜范围,优化试验确定最优配比,并对比分析两种泥浆的流变性、滤失性能与稳定性差异。

【Abstract】 To meet the engineering requirements for slurry performance in pipe jacking construction, a ratio optimization experiment was conducted by using two types of bentonite from Liaoning and Anhui, focusing on key indicators such as funnel viscosity, fluid loss, and pH value. A two-stage approach was adopted. The preliminary screening experiment was adopted to determine the appropriate range of components, followed by an optimization experiment to determine the optimal proportion. The differences in rheology, fluid loss performance, and stability between the two slurries were then compared and analyzed.
