基于结构拓扑优化的大跨度采光顶设计

【摘要】 随着数值分析技术的更新,结构拓扑优化技术被运用于建筑领域。文章通过连续体拓扑的方法对某售楼部大型钢结构采光顶进行了结构模型构建,采用有限元分析软件ANSYS Workbench建立模型,运用变密度法分析计算,寻求结构最优传力路径,并进行结构的初步方案布置。同时在有限元软件MIDAS GEN中对结构进行了静力分析和稳定性分析。验证了结构拓扑构型后大跨度采光顶结构的可行性和安全性,各项计算分析指标都满足相关规范要求。文章采用的连续体拓扑优化方法,可为后续同类型结构提供参考。

【Abstract】 With the renewal of numerical analysis technique, the structural topology optimization technique has been applied in the architectural field. This paper explores the structural configuration of a large-scale steel skylight for a sales center by using the continuum topology method. The paper uses the finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench to build a model, adopts SIMP method for analysis and calculation to identify the optimal load transfer paths, and then develops a preliminary structural layout. Additionally, static and stability analyses are performed on the structure by using the finite element software MIDAS GEN. The feasibility and safety of the long-span skylight structure are verified following the validation of the structural topology, and all calculated analysis parameters meet the requirements of relevant codes and standards. The continuum topology optimization method adopted in this paper provides valuable reference for the design of similar structures in the future.
