滨海山地乡村典型民居气候适应性研究——以青岛市崂山区为例

【摘要】 热环境舒适度的精准评估是传统建筑更新改造的重要前提。院落作为乡村民居的核心空间单元,其风热环境质量直接影响使用者的舒适体验。本研究旨在精准评估传统建筑更新改造中的热环境舒适度,重点关注乡村民居院落的风热环境质量。文章通过调研青岛滨海山地地区传统民居院落,结合PHOENICS数值模拟方法,从围墙高度、屋顶坡度及植被配置维度,对雕龙嘴村典型民居院落的五种微气候环境开展多工况模拟分析。基于量化分析结果,提出一系列适配地域气候的民居提升策略,为乡村聚落规划更新及滨海山地地区民居改造设计提供科学依据。

【Abstract】 Accurate assessment on the thermal comfort is critical for the renovation and renewal of the traditional buildings. Courtyards are the core spaces of rural dwellings, and their wind-thermal performance directly affect the comfort of the occupants. This paper aims to accurately assess the thermal comfort in the renewal and renovation of the traditional buildings, and focuses on the windthermal performance of rural courtyards. The paper conducts field survey on the traditional courtyards in the coastal mountainous areas of Qingdao, and combining PHOENICS numerical stimulation method, stimulates and analyzes the five micro-climate environments of the typical courtyards in Diaolongzui Village under various conditions from wall heights, roof slopes, and vegetation layouts. Based on the quantitative analysis results, it refines a set of residential enhancement strategies adaptable to the regional climate, providing scientific basis for the planning and renewal of rural settlements and for the improved design for the courtyards in coastal mountainous areas.
