【摘要】 智慧教育利用大数据分析、人工智能等先进技术手段，能够有效实现教育资源的优化配置，但其中存在的教育数据伦理风险问题也日益凸显。在数据处理过程中，隐私保护与数据开发的制衡、算法分析对学习主体的压制、监管体系的滞后性、算法偏见等问题频繁发生。针对教育数据伦理风险及教育数据伦理治理规范缺乏操作性、细节性的问题，研究者提出数据全生命周期的治理新视角，通过剖析教育数据全生命周期各阶段中存在的伦理风险现状，以数据全生命周期各阶段的运行机制和潜在风险点为切入口，结合信息安全风险管理标准，设计了PDCA循环治理模型，为教育数据伦理风险治理提供了一种动态、连续治理的新思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 Intelligent education utilizes advanced technologes such as big data analysis and artificial intelligence to effectively achieve the optimal allocation of educational resources, but ethical risks in educational data are increasingly prominent. In the process of data processing, the checks and balances between privacy protection and data development, the suppression of learning subjects by algorithmic analysis, the lag of the regulatory system, and algorithmic bias occur frequently. Most of the current ethical governance norms for educational data lack operationalization and details. This paper proposes a new perspective of governance of the whole data life cycle to deal with the ethical risks. By investigating the current situation of ethical risks in each stage of the life cycle of educational data in colleges and universities, taking the operational mechanism and potential risk points in each stage of the data life cycle as an entry point, combining with the information security risk management standards, and designing the PDCA cyclic governance model, the paper proposes a dynamic and continuous governance framework for the governance of ethical risks in educational data and promotes the continuous improvement of the governance of educational data.更多还原
