【摘要】 通过梳理德国青少年学校足球发展历程并归纳其实践特征发现，德国青少年学校足球历经初探萌芽、战后重建、逐步发展、专项改革和深化完善5个发展阶段，并以体育协会为主导，通过制度化的校俱合作与科学化的竞赛选材体系，实现了青少年足球竞技水平提升与多元教育价值的融合。文章提出强化顶层政策引导，完善基层配套实践方案；深化体教融合，构建校俱协同机制；优化青少年竞赛体系与重塑足球多元价值的建议，以期为我国青少年校园足球高质量发展提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 By tracing the development history and summarizing the practical characteristics of youth school football in Germany,this study identifies five key stages: initial exploration, post-war reconstruction, gradual development, targeted reform, and subsequent consolidation. Led by sports associations, it has achieved an integration of competitive performance and broader educational values through institutionalized school-club cooperation and a scientifically grounded talent identification and competition system. Building on these findings, the article proposes three policy directions: strengthening top-level policy design and improving grassroots implementation mechanisms; deepening the integration of sports and education by establishing coordinated school-club partnership;and optimizing the youth competition system while reshaping the multidimensional value of football, in order to provide references for the high-quality development of youth school football in China.更多还原
