【Abstract】 High quality full employment is an important support for Chinese path to modernization,and the core lies in the full use of human resources and the overall improvement of employment quality. High quality full employment has put forward new requirements for modern craftsmanship talents in vocational colleges,emphasizing the dynamic adaptability of modern craftsmen to the industry,authoritative recognition of professional abilities,flexible application abilities of knowledge,practical skills close to realistic field,and breakthrough innovation competitiveness.Facing high-quality full employment,the cultivation of modern craftsmen in vocational colleges focuses on setting standards based on “job”,improving quality based on “certificates”,using “courses” as the core,strengthening abilities through “training”,and promoting excellence through “competitions”. It attaches great importance to such key points as responding to job demands,integrating certificate certification,developing dynamic courses,ensuring practical training,and transforming competitive education.
