【摘要】 具范强师是在师范类专业认证理念指引下，通过范式具象化与师法行动升级，推动师范教育内涵提升与专业持续改进的系统性建设路径。当前，师范类专业建设仍存在师范范式抽象模糊、师法意识薄弱、可师性不足、改进动力不强、实践路径泛化等问题，影响其育人质量提升与持续改进落地。具范强师立足于“学生中心、产出导向、持续改进”的核心理念，遵循范式具象与师法自觉双重逻辑，推动师范精神可感化、师法过程实操化、专业品质层级化发展。具范强师的内在逻辑以自觉自愿为前提，以旨向坚定、量力而行为指导，倾力建设高擎“师范”旗帜的主题学区、立行立改的改进共同体、具范强师的群文化。为实现具范强师，需要沿着“师示范、师模范、师典范”的路线层层推进、逐渐超越，沿着“师展品、师精品、师藏品”的进路螺旋上升、改进升级，并于此中努力做好“三师”，即师示范进而师展品、师模范进而师精品、师典范进而师藏品。更多还原

【Abstract】 Guided by the certification concept of teacher education majors, concrete example and powerfully-moulded teachers is a systematic construction path that promotes the enhancement of the connotation of teacher education and the continuous improvement of the profession through the concretization of paradigms and the upgrading of teaching methods. At present, there are still problems in the construction of teacher education majors, such as abstract and vague teacher training paradigms, weak awareness of teaching methods, insufficient teacher competence, weak motivation for improvement, and generalized practical paths, which affect the improvement of their educational quality and the implementation of continuous improvement. Based on the core concept of "student-centered, output oriented, and continuous improvement", behavior of concrete example and powerfully-moulded teachers follows the dual logic of paradigm concretization and teacher method consciousness, promoting the development of teacher education spirit that can be influenced, teacher method process that is practical, and professional quality hierarchy. The internal logic of having a strong teacher is based on self-awareness and voluntariness. To achieve self-awareness and voluntariness, it is necessary to have a firm intention and guide behavior according to one’s abilities, and to make every effort to build a theme school district with a high level of "teacher education", an improvement community with a strong teacher education system, and a group culture with a strong teacher education system. To achieve the goal of strengthening teachers with exemplary models, it is necessary to advance and gradually surpass along the path of "demonstration, model, and exemplary" by teachers.
