【摘要】 临方炮制作为中药炮制的重要特色分支，在满足中医个性化用药、传承传统技艺及提升临床疗效方面具有不可替代的作用。当前，其发展面临技术标准体系不完善、专业人才断层及传承危机等严峻挑战。鉴于此，培养掌握临方炮制技艺的高素质人才刻不容缓。文章聚焦中药炮制学实验教学改革，深入分析国家政策导向与行业发展需求，并系统论述将临方炮制引入中药炮制学实验课的必要性与重要意义。选取江苏特色临方炮制品竹沥半夏为案例，采用PBL教学模式设计涵盖炮制工艺、成分分析及药效验证的综合性实验，该实验能够激发学生的学习主动性，增强其专业认同感与文化自信，并深化学生对临方炮制价值与内涵的理解，也为中药炮制学实验教学改革提供了可复制、可推广的实践范式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Prescription-based processing serves as a distinctive and crucial branch within TCM processing. It plays an indispensable role in meeting the demand for individualized medication in TCM clinical practice, preserving traditional processing techniques, and enhancing therapeutic efficacy. However, its current development faces significant challenges, including an incomplete technical standardization system and an expertise gap leading to a subsequent decline in transmission. Given this context, cultivating skilled professionals proficient in prescription-based processing techniques is imperative. This paper focuses on the reform of experimental teaching in TCM Processing. It provides an in-depth analysis of national policy directives and industry development needs, systematically arguing for the necessity and strategic importance of integrating prescription-based processing techniques into undergraduate laboratory curricula. Utilizing the Jiangsuregion characteristic product, Succus bambusae pinella preparata, as a representative covers processing techniques, component analysis,and efficacy verification. It effectively stimulates student initiative, strengthens professional identity and cultural confidence, and deepens understanding of the value and essence of processing upon prescription, providing a replicable and scalable template for the reform of experimental teaching in TCM processing.更多还原
