【摘要】 高校思想政治教育是“总师型”人才培养的关键环节，也是检验高校人才培养成效的重要标尺。以西北工业大学实施一流本科人才培养行动计划为背景，以“总师型”人才培养为目标，从西北工业大学“总师型”人才培养的特质与内涵、“总师型”人才培养在国家高水平科技自立自强方面的重要作用、挫折教育与“总师型”人才培养的关系等方面进行了系统的论述，并以“材料力学”课程的实验教学为例，从低碳钢和铸铁拉伸破坏试验的断口形貌、拉伸曲线有显著差异的力学现象等方面，让学生认识抗挫折能力对于人生的重要意义。课程教学实施效果良好，实现了专业教学与课程思政有机融合，达到了课程思政与“总师育人文化”的有机统一。更多还原

【Abstract】 As an important part of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, the frustration education of college students is a key link to realize the cultivation of chief teacher talents, and it is also an important yardstick to test the quality of talent training in colleges and universities. Based on the implementation of the first-class undergraduate talent training action plan of Northwestern Polytechnical University, this paper systematically discusses the characteristics and connotation of the training of chief teacher talents in Northwestern Polytechnical University, the important role of chief teacher talent training in the national high-level scientific and technological self-reliance, and the relationship between frustration education and chief teacher talent training. Students can realize the importance of resilience to setbacks in life.
