【摘要】 医学院校信息管理专业面临诸多困境，推进该专业教学改革，须统筹兼顾多方诉求。以利益相关者理论为指导，自行设计调查问卷对信息管理专业利益相关者进行在线问卷调查，共收到有效问卷82份。结果显示，90.24%的调查者认为信息管理专业培养的首要目标是健康数据的分析与利用能力；93.9%的调查者认为计算机类课程模块的重要性排第一位；具体到课程的重要性，依次为“数据库原理与应用”“卫生统计学”“医院管理学”和“医院信息系统”等课程。研究表明，医学院校信息管理专业应及时调整培养目标与定位，改革课程体系设置，适当增设数据科学类课程，加强计算机技能培养，夯实医学理论与实践基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Information Management major in medical colleges faces many challenges, and how to promote the reform of this major involves multiple demands. Guided by stakeholder theory, a self-designed survey questionnaire was used to conduct an online survey among stakeholders of the Information Management major, and a total of 82 valid questionnaires were received. 90.24% of the respondents believe that the primary training goal of Information Management major’s primary training goal is the ability to analyze and utilize health data; 93.9% believe that computer course modules rank first in importance; Core courses include Database Principles and Applications, Health Statistics, Hospital Management, and Hospital Information Systems. The Information Management major in medical universities should adjust its training objectives and positioning timely, reform the curriculum system, appropriately add data science courses, strengthen computer skills training, and consolidate the background of medical theory and practice.更多还原
