【摘要】 民办高校在2025年迎来了生源保卫战，其中的传统专业二级学院更是面临转型关口。这也为学院“十五五”发展规划的供给侧结构性改革带来了战略压力和发展动力。高教产能整体过剩时代的出路就是主动进行供给侧结构性改革，其表现形式就是专业布局优化和专业单元升级，底层基础是师资队伍的学科能力和学科素养的跃升。这也是让专业真正名副其实的学科基础，更是学科专业布局优化调整的队伍基础。在普遍缺失研究生学位点的民办本科高校，学科建设的唯一道路就是“以项目带学科、以学科建专业、以转型求发展”，这也是内涵建设和高质量发展的必然要求和实践形势。更多还原

【Abstract】 Private colleges and universities faced a battle to secure student enrollment in 2025, with traditional secondary colleges facing a crucial transition. This has also created strategic pressures and driving forces for development to the supply-side structural reforms of the College’s “15 th Five-Year Development Plan”. The way out of the era of overall overcapacity in higher education is to proactively carry out supply-side reforms, which manifests itself in the optimization of professional layouts and the upgrading of professional units. The underlying foundation is the leap in the disciplinary capabilities and disciplinary literacy of the faculty. This is also the disciplinary foundation for the profession to live up to its name, and it is also the team foundation for the optimization and adjustment of the disciplinary and professional layout.
