【Abstract】 The integrated circuit industry is a strategic, fundamental, and cutting-edge sector that ensures national security and promotes the development of the national economy. The cultivation of highly skilled professionals in the field of integrated circuits has a profound impact on scientific and technological advancements in China. The quality of outstanding engineers serves as the core impetus for achieving international parity in the integrated circuit domain. From the perspective of the school of integrated circuit, this paper discusses the construction of a professional curriculum system, the promoting role of engineering professional certification, the complementarity of practical teaching and theoretical teaching, and the support of the integration of industry and education, and presents insights into fostering outstanding engineers within the realm of integrated circuits.更多还原
