【摘要】 针对我国高校开展分类管理及分类评价，引导高校向应用型转变的要求，提出地方性高校开展人才培养科学定位的命题，在分析影响这一定位的核心要素及应用型本科毕业生的素养要求基础上，介绍“两层半”高素质应用型人才培养定位的概念、模型和内涵，阐述在该定位下重构办学理念及办学措施的关键要点，结合软件人才培养 “两层半”培养定位的落地举措，为地方性高校向应用型转型提供可供借鉴的经验。更多还原

【Abstract】 In response to the requirements of implementing classified management and evaluation in Chinese universities and guiding them towards an application-oriented transformation,this paper proposes the proposition of scientifically positioning talent cultivation in local universities.Based on an analysis of the core elements affecting this positioning and the literacy requirements of application-oriented undergraduate graduates,it introduces the concept,model,and connotation of the "two-and-a-half-layer" high-quality application-oriented talent cultivation positioning.It elaborates on the key points of reconstructing educational philosophy and measures under this positioning.Combined with the implementation measures of the "two-and-a-half-layer" cultivation positioning for software talent training,it provides reference experience for local universities to transform towards an application-oriented model.更多还原
