【Abstract】 Focusing on the emerging demands of national talent strategies for key software domains in the era of artificial intelligence,this study advances the cultivation of specialized software professionals through coordinated reforms of curriculum structures and instructional models.Addressing persistent bottlenecks in current training practices,we propose the competency-oriented target profile of the “Intelligent Architect” and develop an integrated optimization framework spanning curriculum design,teaching and learning processes,and assessment and evaluation mechanisms.Drawing on implementation cases,we further examine the framework’s feasibility and report initial evidence of its effectiveness,providing actionable insights for the scalable development of AI-empowered talent pipelines in critical software fields.更多还原
