【Abstract】 Aiming at the prevalent issues of uniform talent cultivation models and ambiguous individual development goals in higher education, this study proposes a precision-oriented cultivation model of newquality talents driven by new-quality productive forces. Taking the talent development practices at the College of Computer Science, Beijing University of Technology as a case study, we explore the establishment of an implicit feedback network spanning the entire educational process. By systematically analyzing classroom performance and academic records, this framework dynamically identifies students’ academic interests and specialized competencies. The implementation demonstrates enhanced industry adaptability through wholeprocess educational planning, ultimately validating the effectiveness of this refined cultivation paradigm.更多还原
