【摘要】 提出了一种面向地铁车辆的智能运维系统设计方案,旨在提高地铁运营管理的智能化和效率。系统基于故障预测与健康管理的智能运维体系,通过部署车载智能网管控制系统和地面专家系统,车载系统能够实时采集车辆运行状态、故障数据并进行初步分析,利用Wi-Fi和5G/4G的冗余无线传输技术,确保车地数据传输的稳定性与安全性。地面专家系统集成数据分析和故障诊断功能,通过建立专家知识库和模型接口,实现对车辆健康状态的实时监测和故障预警。系统具备远程监控、故障报警、运维决策支持、健康评估等功能,为地铁车辆的智能化运维提供支持。

【Abstract】 A design scheme for an intelligent operation and maintenance system tailored for metro vehicles is presented, aiming to enhance the intelligence and efficiency of metro operation management. The system is based on the prognostic and health management framework,deploying an onboard intelligent network management control system and a ground-based expert system. The onboard system is capable of real-time collection and preliminary analysis of vehicle operational status and fault data. Utilizing redundant wireless transmission technologies such as Wi-Fi and 5G/4G, the system ensures the stability and security of data transmission between the vehicle and the ground. The groundbased expert system integrates data analysis and fault diagnosis functionalities, enabling real-time monitoring of vehicle health status and fault prediction through the establishment of an expert knowledge base and model interfaces. The system features remote monitoring, fault alarm,operation and maintenance decision support, and health assessment, thereby providing robust support for the intelligent operation and maintenance of metro vehicles.
