基于动态传递误差的齿轮故障诊断动力学响应研究
Dynamic response of gear fault diagnosis based on dynamic transmission error
【摘要】 【目的】针对当前缺乏统一的多故障类型建模与刚度求解方法、无法实现多故障对比分析的问题,提出一种统一的建模与刚度求解方法。【方法】首先,建立了适用于多种典型齿轮故障的统一建模与刚度计算方法;然后,系统分析了不同故障类型下的动态传递误差响应,并通过多体动力学仿真进行了验证。【结果】研究发现,各典型故障的动态传递误差响应中存在明显的故障特征频率及其谐波、边频带。相比振动响应,动态传递误差对轻微故障的损伤程度更敏感,频谱干扰较少,诊断效果更好。多体动力学仿真验证了分析结果的有效性。
【Abstract】 [Objective] In response to the current lack of a unified modeling and stiffness solving method for multiple fault types, as well as the inability to perform comparative analysis across multiple faults, a unified modeling and stiffness solving approach was proposed. [Methods] Firstly, a unified approach for modeling and stiffness calculation applicable to multiple typical gear faults was proposed. Then, the dynamic transmission error(DTE) responses for various faults were systematically analyzed and verified through multibody dynamic simulations. [Results] The study reveals that DTE responses exhibit distinct fault characteristic frequencies, harmonics, and sidebands. Compared to vibration responses, DTE is more sensitive to fault severity and shows fewer interference frequencies, especially for minor faults. Multibody dynamic simulations validate the effectiveness of the analytical results.
