桩周水泥土加固对单桩水平承载性能提升的模型试验研究
Model Experimental Study on Improving the Lateral Bearing Capacity of Single Pile Reinforced with Cement-treated Soil Around Pile
【摘要】 公路桥梁桩基础在车辆荷载、风荷载及地震作用下,常承受较显著的水平荷载。为确定桩周水泥土加固提升单桩水平承载性能的效果,基于自主设计研发的试验设备,对两种不同刚度的桩型开展了1g模型试验研究。试验结果表明,桩周水泥土加固能显著提升桩基的水平承载力:d=5 cm的单桩水平极限承载力提升约52.6%,d=3 cm的单桩水平极限承载力提升约75.8%。桩周水泥土提高了桩侧土体模量,降低了桩身弯矩,最大弯矩点位置发生上移,不仅限制了桩头处土体的水平位移,也保护了桩体下部结构。加固后的桩体在较小的水平位移下,具有更大的桩侧土抗力,表明其侧向响应刚度更大。研究成果可为水平受荷桩的加固设计提供参考。
【Abstract】 Highway bridge pile foundations are often subjected to significant lateral loads induced by vehicle loads, wind loads, and seismic actions. To evaluate the effectiveness of cement soil reinforcement around piles in enhancing the lateral bearing capacity of a single pile, 1g model tests were conducted on two types of piles with different stiffnesses using a self developed experimental apparatus. The test results indicate that the surrounding cement-treated soil can significantly improve the lateral bearing capacity of pile foundations. For single piles with a diameter of 5 cm, the ultimate lateral bearing capacity increased by approximately 52.6%, while for piles with a diameter of 3 cm, it increased by about 75.8%. The cement-treated soil around the pile enhances the modulus of the surrounding soil, reduces the bending moment along the pile shaft, and shifts the location of the maximum bending moment upward. This not only limits the horizontal displacement of the soil near the pile head, but also protects the lower part of the pile structure. The improved piles exhibit greater soil resistance at smaller horizontal displacements, indicating a higher lateral response stiffness. The results can provide a reference for the reinforcement design of laterally loaded piles.
