图像融合的电缆绝缘材料缺陷诊断系统研究

【摘要】 针对当前方法设计电缆绝缘材料缺陷诊断系统时,未考虑对获取的图像进行融合处理,存在电缆绝缘材料缺陷诊断精度和效率低、系统有效性差的问题,设计了基于可见光和红外图像融合的电缆绝缘材料缺陷诊断系统。利用数据采集与存储模块,获取电缆绝缘材料图像数据,在样本数据库构建模块中,根据采集的数据建立红外图像分区样本库和可见光图像缺陷检测样本库。通过图像解析模块,对可见光图像和红外图像进行融合处理,利用缺陷诊断模块中构建的缺陷诊断模型,完成电缆绝缘材料的缺陷诊断。实验结果表明,所提方法设计的系统有效性较好,能够有效提高电缆绝缘材料缺陷诊断精度和效率。

【Abstract】 Aiming at the problems of low accuracy and efficiency of cable insulation material defect diagnosis and poor system effectiveness, a cable insulation material defect diagnosis system based on visible light and infrared image fusion is designed.The data acquisition and storage module is used to obtain the image data of cable insulation materials.In the sample database construction module, the infrared image partition sample database and visible image defect detection sample database are established according to the collected data.Through the image analysis module, the visible image and infrared image are fused, and the defect diagnosis model constructed in the defect diagnosis module is used to complete the defect diagnosis of cable insulation materials.The experimental results show that the system designed by the proposed method is effective and can effectively improve the accuracy and efficiency of cable insulation defect diagnosis.
