基于多视觉传感器智能小车的设计
Design for Intelligent Cars Based on Multi-Vision Sensors
【摘要】 随着工业自动化技术的不断发展,智能小车已然成为工业行业的研究热点,尤其是智能化的控制技术也展现出巨大的应用潜力。基于多视觉传感器智能小车的设计是由硬件设计和软件设计两部分组成。智能小车采用磁导航的方式来规划行进路线,并转换为电信号输送给PLC,PLC通过分析给电机驱动系统发出控制信号,实现智能小车的前进,拐弯,停止等运动,加设RFID卡片来约束小车的行走速度及动作等功能,实现小车自动行进的运动功能。智能小车的避障功能是通过在前部安装避障传感器,并且加设塔灯和蜂鸣器来指示小车的运行状态。
【Abstract】 Based on multi-vision sensors,the design of intelligent cars is made up of hardware design and software design. Intelligent cars can plan the routes by adopting the methods of magnetic guidance which can be converted to electrical signals to PLC,and then after analysis,PLC sends the controlling signals to motor-driven system,making it possible for intelligent cars to move forward,make turns and stop. Extra RFID CARDS are added to control moving speed,movements,and other functions of intelligent cars,so as to implement their functions of automatic movements. Obstacle evading sensors are installed in front of cars,and tower lights are added to indicate the operating conditions of cars realizing the automatic obstacle evading functions of intelligent cars.
