分割树遗传算法的不规则物流园区布局研究

【摘要】 结合物流工程中不规则物流园区功能区块布局中存在的问题,寻找合理的布局设计,为保证当前及未来持续时间内园区准确平稳运作,需要减少运作成本,以及提升运作效率。这里首先分析了物流园区的发展现状,同时对物流园区未来的发展需求进行了预测,并结合功能区块的物流量及面积,对物流园区的功能区块进行了划分。采用栅格结构,以物流成本最小及综合相关度最大为目标函数的集合划分模型,分析分割树遗传算法在不规则物流园区布局上的合理性,利用分割树的编码和解码方式,将遗传算法和分割树相结合。在此基础上,通过案例详细分析了分割树遗传算法在不规则物流园区布局中的具体实现方案。最后,通过实例上的运用,可以看到该模型和算法应用在不规则物流园区布局中存在的不足,并对物流园区布局的前景进行了展望。

【Abstract】 Combined with the problems existing in the layout of irregular logistics park functional blocks in logistics engineering,to find a reasonable layout design,in order to ensure the accurate and stable operation of the park in the current and future duration,it is necessary to reduce the operation cost and improve the operation efficiency. It firstly analyzes the development status of logistics park,and forecasts the future development demand of logistics park. Combined with the material flow and area of the functional block,the functional block of logistics park is divided. Based on the raster data structure,a set partition model with the objective function of minimum logistics cost and maximum comprehensive relevance was established,and the rationality of split tree genetic algorithm in irregular logistics park layout was analyzed. The coding and decoding methods of split tree were used to combine genetic algorithm and split tree. On the basis of this,a case is given to analyze the implementation scheme of partitioned number tree genetic algorithm in irregular logistics park layout. Finally,through the application of an example,we can see the deficiency of the application of the model and algorithm in irregular logistics park layout,and the prospect of logistics park layout is forecasted.
