登革热传播媒介防控技术研究与应用进展
Research andapplication advances in dengue vector control technologies
【摘要】 登革热是一种主要由埃及伊蚊和白纹伊蚊作为媒介传播的虫媒传染病,近年来其流行区域不断扩大,对全球公共卫生及人群健康构成严峻挑战。媒介控制是目前防控登革热的有效手段。本文综述了伊蚊的主要监测技术和控制技术,并对其未来发展进行展望,以期为优化伊蚊监测方案与制定控制措施提供参考。
【Abstract】 Dengue fever is a mosquito-borne infectious disease mainly transmitted by Aedes aegypti and Aedes albopictus.In recent years, its geographic range has continued to expand, posing a significant challenge to global public health and population well-being.Vector control remains an effective approach to preventing and controlling dengue fever.This article reviews the main monitoring and control technologies for Aedes mosquitoes, provides an outlook on their future developments, and aims to provide references for optimizing Aedes mosquito monitoring plans and formulating control measures.
