装配式PEC框架梁抗火性能研究

【摘要】 为揭示装配式PEC框架梁这种新型钢-混凝土组合构件的抗火性能及破坏机理,文章采用ABAQUS软件建立了装配式PEC框架梁温度场及热-力耦合分析有限元模型,通过试验数据验证了模型的准确性。分析了框架梁荷载比、截面面积、螺栓直径、螺栓强度以及梁下墙体等因素对梁耐火极限的影响。结果表明,荷载比、截面面积和梁下墙厚比对框架梁耐火极限影响显著;而螺栓直径与螺栓强度的影响较小。荷载比越大,框架梁耐火极限越小;截面面积增大、框架梁耐火极限增大;随着梁下墙厚比的增大,框架梁抗火性能显著提升。提出了适用于该类构件的耐火极限简化计算公式,为该类构件的防火设计提供参考。

【Abstract】 To reveal the fire resistance performance and failure mechanism of the prefabricated PEC frame beam, a new type of steel-concrete composite component, this paper uses ABAQUS software to establish a finite element model for the temperature field and thermal-mechanical coupling analysis of the prefabricated PEC frame beam, and verifies the accuracy of the model through experimental data. The influence of factors such as the frame beam load ratio, cross-sectional area,bolt diameter, bolt strength, and the wall under the beam on the fire resistance limit of the beam is analyzed. The results show that the load ratio, cross-sectional area and the wall thickness ratio under the beam have a significant effect on the fire resistance limit of the frame beam; while the bolt diameter and strength have little effect. The higher the load ratio, the smaller the fire resistance limit of the frame beam; the larger the cross-sectional area, the greater the fire resistance limit of the frame beam; as the wall thickness ratio under the beam increases, the fire resistance performance of the frame beam is significantly improved. A simplified calculation formula for the fire resistance limit applicable to this type of component is proposed to provide a reference for the fire resistant design of this type of component.
