【摘要】 本研究聚焦于徐州地区乡土民居的适宜性更新路径探索。基于深入的实地调查与系统的文献梳理，文章首先剖析了当前徐州乡土民居面临的现实困境，主要表现为：建筑形式因无序增建、改建而呈现杂乱无章的面貌；传统建筑结构在材料老化与现代需求冲击下存在安全隐患，稳定性堪忧；内部功能空间布局难以适应当代生活模式，呈现出明显的功能紊乱。针对这些问题，研究提出了一套综合性的适宜性更新策略框架。该框架涵盖了以优化空间布局、提升使用效率为核心的设计策略；以改善结构性能、融入适宜技术为支撑的技术策略；以及注重就地取材、新旧材料融合应用的材料策略。文章旨在通过兼顾人文关怀与技术理性的系统性方法，为徐州乃至同类地区乡土民居的可持续保护与活力再生，提供具有可操作性的实践范式与理论参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 This study focuses on exploring appropriate renewal pathways for vernacular dwellings in the Xuzhou region.Based on in-depth field investigations and systematic literature review, the article first analyzes the current practical dilemmas faced by local residences in Xuzhou, which are mainly manifested as: disordered building forms due to uncontrolled additions and renovations; safety hazar ds and structural instability in traditional building structures under the impact of material aging and modern requirements; and evident functional disorder in internal spatial layouts that fail to meet contemporary living needs. In response to these issues, the research proposes a comprehensive framework of appropriate renewal strategies. This framework encompasses design strategies centered on optimizing spatial layouts and improving usage efficiency; technical strategies aimed at enhancing structural performance and integrating appropriate technologies; and material strategies that emphasize the use of local resources and the integrated application of traditional and new materials. Ultimately, this study aims to provide operational practical paradigms and theoretical references for the sustainable preservation and revitalization of vernacular dwellings in Xuzhou and similar regions, through a systematic approach that balances humanistic concerns with technical rationality.更多还原
