单层单跨装配式PEC框架抗火性能研究
Research on the Fire Resistance of a Single-story Single-bay Assembled PEC Frame
【摘要】 文章为研究装配式PEC框架高温下的耐火性能,应用ABAQUS有限元软件建立了单层单跨装配式PEC框架温度场和热-力耦合分析模型,分析了截面温度场分布情况和框架破坏形态特征,以及柱火灾轴压比、梁火灾荷载比、线刚度比、截面形状系数和配筋率等参数对装配式PEC框架耐火性能的影响。研究结果表明,框架梁柱截面温度呈现倒“8”字形;框架破坏模式主要为柱破坏形式,其中线刚度比与梁火灾荷载比会影响框架破坏模式;荷载比与截面形状系数对框架耐火极限的影响显著。文章在参数分析的基础上,提出装配式PEC框架耐火极限的计算公式,可为装配式PEC框架抗火设计提供参考。
【Abstract】 To study the fire resistance of an assembled PEC frame at high temperatures, temperature-field and thermomechanical coupling models of a single-story single-bay assembled PEC frame were established using the ABAQUS finite element software. The cross-sectional temperature distribution, the failure characteristics of the frame, and the effects of parameters such as the column axial compression ratio under fire, beam fire load ratio, linear stiffness ratio, cross-sectional shape coefficient, and reinforcement ratio on the fire resistance of the assembled PEC frame were analyzed. The results show that the cross-sectional temperatures of the frame beams and columns exhibit an inverted "8" pattern. The failure mode of the frame is mainly column failure, and the linear stiffness ratio and beam fire load ratio affect the failure mode of the frame. The load ratio and cross-sectional shape coefficient have significant effects on the fire resistance limit of the frame.Based on the parametric analysis, a calculation formula for the fire resistance limit of the assembled PEC frame is proposed,which can provide a reference for the fire-resistant design of assembled PEC frames.
