【Abstract】 This paper introduces the renovation design process of the boiler room at the Inner Mongolia Party Committee.The design responds to and resolves numerous issues such as spatial adaptation, structural safety, and memory reconstruction brought about by the introduction of new functions. While preserving the image and memory of the industrial heritage and enhancing the building’s performance, it creates a dialogue space between the new and the old, continues the history and essence of the existing building, and generates an ideal place for people’s leisure and work in contemporary cities.更多还原
