基于时间调制超表面的反射频谱设计
Design of Reflection Spectrum Based on Time-Modulated Metasurfaces
【摘要】 具有吸收和反射功能的有源频率选择表面可以在不同的散射状态下工作,在隐身领域有着广泛的应用。本文提出了一种时间调制有源频率选择表面吸收~/反射器来控制电磁波谐波的频谱分布。论文详细分析了基于周期性时间调制超表面的调控机理,验证了时间调制超表面的可行性。设计了具有吸收~/反射功能可切换的超表面,采用场路联合仿真方法并通过时间调制信号对超表面进行调制。通过线性调频雷达回波实验验证了频谱转换功能,提高了目标的隐身性能。
【Abstract】 Active frequency selective surfaces with absorption and reflection function can operate in opposite scattering state and be widely applied in the stealth field. In this article,a time-modulated active frequency selective sur-/face absorberreflector is proposed to manipulated the spectrum distribution of harmonics of electromagnetic waves.This paper studys the operating mechanism of time modulated metasurface on electromagnetic wave,verifies the feasibility of time modulated metasurface.In addition,the metasurface with absorption-reflection function is designed,and the metasurface is modulated by time-modulated signnal using field co-simulation method. Finanlly,the frequency spectrum conversion function is verified by the Linear Frequency Modulation radar echo experiment,which improves the stealth performance of the target.
