矿用自卸车工业设计研究现状与进展
Status and progress of research on industrial design of mining dump trucks
【摘要】 系统梳理矿用自卸车工业设计的研究现状与进展,以推动相关理论与实践研究的发展。采用文献法与归纳法,基于Web of Science和CNKI数据库,筛选并整理相关文献,运用Cite Space进行关键词聚类分析,归纳得出造型结构设计、色彩涂装设计、空间布局与内饰设计、人机交互设计4个研究方向,并系统总结各研究方法与技术。发现当前研究主要集中在结构优化、轻量化、平顺性等工程性能方面,工业设计在品牌识别、用户体验、情感化交互等方面的价值尚未充分发挥。综合现有成果与问题,结合智能化、绿色化、人本化融合发展趋势,从智能化绿色化协同设计、复杂环境人机交互设计、定制化个性化需求设计、人本价值体验升级设计、设计范式变革5个方面给出矿用自卸车工业设计的发展趋势,旨在为该领域的后续研究提供参考与依据。
【Abstract】 Systematically sort out the research status and progress of industrial design of mining dump trucks, so as to promote the development of relevant theoretical and practical research. Based on the Web of Science and CNKI databases, the relevant literature was screened and sorted out, and Cite Space was used to conduct keyword cluster analysis. Four research directions were summarized, namely modeling structure design, color painting design, spatial layout and interior design and human-computer interaction design, and the research methods and technologies were systematically summarized. It was found that the current research mainly focused on engineering performance such as structural optimization, lightweight and smoothness, and the value of industrial design in brand identity, user experience and emotional interaction had not been fully utilized. Based on the existing achievements and problems, combined with the development trend of intelligent, green and human-centered integration, the development trend of industrial design of mining dump trucks was given from five aspects: intelligent and green collaborative design, human-computer interaction design in complex environment, customized personalized demand design, human-oriented value experience upgrade design, and design paradigm change, aiming to provide reference and basis for subsequent research in this field.
