高强高韧低密度钢钻削加工参数优化研究

【摘要】 高强高韧低密度钢作为一种新型材料,其具有优异的力学性能。但这也会使得材料的可加工性较差。基于此,通过单因素法优化了高强高韧低密度钢的加工工艺,确定了最佳参数范围为切削速度30~50 m/min、进给量0.11~0.13 mm/r。在此参数下,切屑排出顺畅,并能有效控制刀具磨损。该研究成果为这种新型材料在装甲车辆等装备制造中的实际应用提供了重要的工艺指导。

【Abstract】 High-strength, high-toughness, low-density steel is a novel material with excellent mechanical properties. However, this also results in poor machinability. Based on this, the machining process for high-strength, high-toughness, low-density steel was optimized using the single-factor method, and the optimal parameter range was determined to be a cutting speed of 30~50 m/min and a feed rate of0.11~0.13 mm/r. Under these parameters, chip evacuation is smooth, and tool wear is effectively controlled. These research findings provide important process guidance for the practical application of this new material in the manufacturing of equipment such as armored vehicles.
