【摘要】 高校自我评估是高校对自身办学与发展价值组织开展的评判活动，简称“自评”。自评主体主要是高校师生员工，客体是高校办学与发展过程及结果的价值。自评的根本目的在于使高校建立持续改进、不断完善的质量文化。自评已成为激发高校办学与发展内生力量的工作机制，具有多样性、激励性、行政性、量化倾向性和成长性等特点。自评在发现办学与发展的意义，保证和促进办学水平不断提高，促进内部治理改革、回应政府和社会问责等方面发挥了重要作用。高校应提高对自评及其价值的认识，构筑牢固的内部质量保障基础；优化自评工作体系，建立有效的内部质量保障机制；完善自评标准，不断提高自评质量；强化自评结果的善用，切实发挥自评的质量保障和预警作用；重视开发和利用AI技术，提高自评技术支持的有效性。更多还原

【Abstract】 University self-evaluation is the evaluation activity organized and carried out by universities on their own educational and developmental value. The main subjects of self-evaluation are teachers, students and university staff, and the object is the value of the process and results of university operation and development. The fundamental purpose of self-evaluation is to enable universities to establish a quality culture of continuous improvement and constant refinement. Self-evaluation has become a working mechanism to stimulate the endogenous force of running and developing a university, which has the characteristics of diversity, incentive, administration, quantitative tendency and growth. Self-evaluation has played a significant role in identifying the significance of running and developing a school, ensuring and promoting the continuous improvement of educational standards, facilitating internal governance reforms, and responding to government and social accountability. To improve the self-evaluation, it is necessary for universities to enhance the understanding of self-evaluation and its values, and build a solid foundation for internal quality assurance; optimize the self-evaluation work system and establish an effective internal quality assurance mechanism; improve self-evaluation standards and continuously enhance the quality of it; strengthen the effective use of self-evaluation results and truly play the role of self-evaluation in quality assurance and early warning; and attach importance to the development and utilization of AI technology to enhance the effectiveness of self-evaluation technical support.更多还原
