均质化处理对GH3536合金铸锭中碳化物偏析的影响
Effect of homogenization treatment on carbide segregation in GH3536 alloy ingot
【摘要】 GH3536铸锭由于元素偏析产生碳化物在枝晶间的偏聚,易导致热加工开裂,因此如何消除元素偏析并减小碳化物的偏聚一直是研究重点。对电渣重熔的GH3536铸锭进行了1150、1170和1190℃保温5~50 h的均质化处理,通过光学显微镜(OM)、扫描电镜(SEM)和电子探针(EPMA)等研究了GH3536合金铸锭中的碳化物偏析行为及其在均质化处理过程中的转变行为。结果表明:GH3536合金铸锭中枝晶偏析元素为Mo、Cr和Fe,偏析程度大小依次为Mo>Cr>Fe,并在枝晶间形成以团簇状的M6C和M23C6型碳化物以及M6C/M23C6复合型碳化物;枝晶偏析会随均质化处理温度升高、保温时间延长而逐渐减轻;经1190℃×50 h均质化处理后,GH3536合金铸锭中的枝晶偏析得以消除,M6C大量回溶,碳化物面积分数由3.63%减少至0.65%;尽管提高均质化处理温度和延长保温时间有利于碳化物相回溶,但均质化处理并不能使碳化物完全回溶。
【Abstract】 The GH3536 ingot is prone to cracking during hot working due to the interdendritic carbides segregation caused by element segregation. Therefore, how to eliminate element segregation and reduce carbide segregation has always been a research focus. Homogenization treatment at 1150 ℃, 1170 ℃, and 1190 ℃ for 5-50 h was carried out on the GH3536 alloy ingot prepared by electric slag remelting. The carbide segregation behavior in the GH3536 alloy ingot and its transformation behavior during homogenization treatment were studied by means of optical microscope(OM), scanning electron microscopy(SEM), and electron probe microanalysis(EPMA). The results show that the dendritic segregation elements in the GH3536 alloy ingot are Mo, Cr, and Fe, with the degree of segregation in the order of Mo>Cr>Fe, and the cluster-like M6C and M23C6 carbides, as well as M6C/M23C6 composite carbides, are formed in the interdendritic regions. The segregation of dendrites will gradually decrease with the increase of homogenization treatment temperature and the holding time. After homogenization treatment at 1190 ℃ for 50 h, the dendritic segregation in the GH3536 alloy ingot is eliminated, M6C carbides dissolve into the matrix significantly, and the area fraction of carbides decreases from 3.63% to 0.65%. Although increasing the homogenization treatment temperature and the holding time are beneficial for the dissolution of carbides, homogenization treatment cannot completely dissolve carbides.
