【摘要】 文章基于2006-2020年中国31个省份的面板数据，运用耦合协调度模型、Dagum基尼系数分解和空间相关性检验等方法，系统考察区域公共服务与经济发展耦合协调的时空异质性特征及其演化规律。研究发现：从时间维度看，全国耦合协调度呈稳步上升趋势，经历了“十一五”时期的轻度失调阶段、“十二五”时期的转型提升阶段和“十三五”时期的稳定协调阶段；从空间维度看，耦合协调呈现显著区域差异格局，具体为“东部领先、中部次之、西部落后、东北波动明显”的空间格局，且存在显著的空间集聚效应；从Dagum基尼系数分解看，地区间差异是空间差异的主要来源。基于研究结论，文章建议实施差异化发展策略并优化政策供给，提升区域公共服务与经济发展的耦合协调度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the panel data of 31 provinces in China from 2006 to 2020, the authors use the coupling coordination degree model, Dagum gini coefficient decomposition,and spatial correlation test to systematically investigate the spatial and temporal heterogeneity characteristics and evolution law of the coupling coordination of regional economic development and public services. The research founds that from the perspective of time dimension, the national coupling coordination degree shows a steady upward trend,which has experienced the mild imbalance stage in the Eleventh Five-Year Plan period, the transformation and upgrading stage in the Twelfth Five-Year Plan period and the stable coordination stage in the Thirteenth Five-Year Plan period. From the perspective of spatial dimension, the coupling coordination shows a significant regional difference pattern,forming a spatial pattern of "leading in the east, echelon distribution in the central and western regions, and obvious fluctuation in the northeast", and there is a significant spatial agglomeration effect. Based on the Dagum gini coefficient decomposition, inter-regional differences are the main source of variation, followed by intra-regional differences and hypervariable density differences. Based on the research conclusions, the authors put forward suggestions such as implementing differentiated development strategies and optimizing policy supply to promote the coordinated development of regional economic development and public services.更多还原
