【摘要】 经心尖经导管主动脉瓣置换术（transapical transcatheter aortic valve replacement,TATAVR）作为重度主动脉瓣狭窄重要介入治疗策略，其围手术期护理具有一定的专业性和复杂性。目前尚缺乏针对TA-TAVR围手术期护理流程的统一规范。为此，该共识以制订TA-TAVR围手术期护理标准为目标，系统检索国内外相关数据库及指南网站，汇总并评价相关证据质量，形成初稿。在此基础上，组织全国多学科专家开展2轮德尔菲函询及1次专家论证会，并结合临床经验对内容进行修订，最终形成共识文件。该共识主要涵盖术前评估与准备、术中监护与配合、术后并发症监测与处理、出院指导与长期随访等4个方面，提出若干条护理建议，为规范化开展TA-TAVR围手术期护理提供参考，以提升护理质量，保障患者安全。更多还原

【Abstract】 Transapical transcatheter aortic valve replacement(TA-TAVR)is an important interventional strategy for severe aortic valve stenosis,and its perioperative nursing care is very professional and complex.However,there is a lack of standardized protocol of perioperative nursing care for TA-TAVR so far in clinical practice.In view of this,a consensus on the perioperative nursing standards for TA-TAVR is need to be formulated urgently.Through systematically retrieving the relevant databases and guide websites both domestically and internationally,and summarizing and evaluating the quality of relevant evidence,the initial draft of this consensus is written.On this basis,two rounds of Delphi inquiry are conducted with experts from multiple disciplines across the country,and one expert demonstration meeting is held.Then,combining with clinical experience the initial draft is revised,and the final version of this consensus is formulated.This consensus mainly covers the following four aspects:(1)preoperative evaluation and preparation,(2)intraoperative monitoring and cooperation,(3)monitoring and management of postoperative complication,and(4)discharge guidance and long-term follow-up.Besides,several nursing suggestions are proposed so as to provide reference for the standardized implementation of TA-TAVR perioperative nursing,aiming to improve nursing quality and ensure patient safety.更多还原
