链式质控-专岗协同模式在内窥镜机器人手术器械清洗消毒中的应用
Application of the chain quality control-specialized post collaboration model in the cleaning and disinfection of endoscopic robotic surgical instruments
【摘要】 目的:分析链式质控-专岗协同模式在消毒供应中心内窥镜机器人手术器械清洗消毒中的应用效果。方法:采用前瞻性对照研究方法,选取蚌埠市第三人民医院2024年4月—2024年12月开展的内窥镜机器人手术中所使用的手术器械作为研究对象,共纳入207件。按手术时间先后顺序分为对照组(n=102,2024年4月—2024年7月)和观察组(n=105,2024年8月—2024年12月)。对照组器械采用传统手工清洗消毒流程,观察组则实施清洗消毒链式质控-专岗协同模式操作流程。比较两组的清洗消毒质量、器械功能完好性、人员操作指标及时间效率。结果:观察组器械的清洗合格率、残留蛋白检测合格率、器械总体完好率及光学清晰度均高于对照组(P<0.05),返修率及返洗率低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的操作规范执行率、预处理执行率及酶洗液一器一换率高于对照组(P<0.05),平均单件处理时间、管腔刷洗时间及干燥时间少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:链式质控-专岗协同模式可显著提升内窥镜机器人手术器械清洗消毒质量及操作效率,确保器械功能完好性。
【Abstract】 Objective: To analyze the application effect of the chain quality control-specialized post collaboration model in the cleaning and disinfection of endoscopic robotic surgical instruments in the Central Sterile Supply Department(CSSD). Methods: A prospective controlled study was conducted. 207 surgical instruments used in endoscopic robotic surgeries at the Third People’s Hospital of Bengbu from April 2024 to December 2024 were enrolled. They were divided into the control group(n=102, used from April 2024 to July 2024) and the observation group(n=105, used from August 2024 to December 2024) based on the sequence of surgical dates. Instruments in the control group were processed using conventional manual cleaning and disinfection procedures, while instruments in the observation group were processed using the chain quality control-specialized post collaboration model. The cleaning and disinfection quality, instrument functionality integrity, operator compliance indicators, and time efficiency were compared between the two groups. Results: The observation group showed significantly higher rates of cleaning qualification, residual protein detection qualification, overall instrument integrity, and optical clarity compared to the control group(P<0.05), and a lower repair rate(P<0.05). The observation group had higher rates of operator compliance, pre-processing execution, and one-time enzyme solution replacement per instrument(P<0.05), and significantly shorter average processing time per instrument, tube lumen brushing time, drying time, and a lower re-cleaning rate than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The chain quality control-specialized post collaboration model can significantly improve the cleaning and disinfection quality and operational efficiency of endoscopic robotic surgical instruments while ensuring the integrity of instrument functionality.
