血小板浓缩生长因子对拔牙后牙槽嵴保存技术的效果分析

【摘要】 目的:探讨血小板浓缩生长因子(concentrated growth factor,CGF)在拔牙后牙槽嵴保存技术中的临床应用效果。方法:选择2023年1月—2024年9月在我院治疗的73例单颗后牙拔除患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表将其分为研究组(n=37)、对照组(n=36),对照组患者应用骨凿挤压扩增术(Osteotome Augmentation Method,OAM)对拔牙位点进行填充保存,研究组在对照组基础上应用CGF进行拔牙位点保存。术后2周及4周,比较两组牙龈愈合指数;术后随访6个月,分析研究、对照两组疗效情况(即牙槽骨宽度以及唇腭侧骨板高度)、不良反应发生情况。结果:术后2周,研究组牙龈愈合指数评分为(8.75±1.24)分,显著优于对照组(P<0.05);术后4周,两组牙龈组织愈合评分无显著差异(P>0.05)。随访6个月,研究组患者牙槽嵴宽度、唇侧及腭侧骨板高度分别为(7.04±0.87)mm、(19.15±1.27)mm、(17.52±1.09)mm,均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者干槽症发生率为2.70%(1/37),显著低于对照组的16.67%(6/36)(P<0.05)。结论:将CGF应用于拔牙后牙槽嵴保存技术,可促进牙龈组织愈合、减轻炎性反应,有效保持牙槽骨量,并维持牙槽骨的形态,具有一定应用价值。

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore and analyze the clinical application effect of concentrated growth factor(CGF) in alveolar ridge preservation technology after tooth extraction.Methods: 73 patients with single posterior tooth extraction treated in our hospital from January 2023 to September 2024 were selected as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into a study group(n=37) and a control group(n=36) according to a random number table. The control group patients were treated with Osteotome Augmentation Method(OAM) to fill and preserve the extraction site, while the study group was treated with CGF in addition to the control group for extraction site preservation. Compare the gingival healing index between the two groups at 2 and 4 weeks after surgery; Follow up for 6 months after surgery, analyze and compare the efficacy(alveolar bone width and labial and palate bone plate height) and incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Results: Two weeks after surgery, the gingival healing index score of the study group was(8.75±1.24) points, which was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05); Four weeks after surgery, there was no significant difference in gingival tissue healing scores between the two groups(P>0.05). During a 6-month follow-up, the width of the alveolar ridge, the height of the labial and palatal bone plates in the study group were(7.04 ± 0.87) mm,(19.15 ± 1.27) mm, and(17.52 ± 1.09) mm, respectively, which were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05); The incidence of dry socket syndrome in the study group was 2.70%(1/37), significantly lower than the control group’s 16.67%(6/36)(P<0.05).Conclusion: The application of CGF in alveolar ridge preservation technology after tooth extraction can promote gingival tissue healing, reduce inflammatory reactions, effectively maintain alveolar bone mass, and preserve the morphology of alveolar bone, which has certain clinical application value.
