面向产业需求的生物分离工程课程改革与实践——以生物与医药专业学位研究生培养为例

【摘要】 近年来,生物医药产业呈现快速发展趋势。该产业对高层次科技人才的需求持续增长。人才需要具备扎实的工程实践能力,同时具有创新思维。然而生物与医药专业学位研究生培养过程中暴露出诸多突出问题,主要表现在理论与实践联系不够紧密,教学内容更新速度较慢,评价方式相对单一等方面。针对上述问题,本研究选择“生物分离工程(含实验)”课程作为改革平台,围绕核心教学主题系统开展研究,重构教学内容体系,融合课程思政元素,建立新型教学结构,包含教学思路、单元操作和工艺集成三个方面。设计以“细菌发酵产皂素及其分离提取”为主题的贯穿式综合实验项目,推行问题导向的工艺设计训练,建立多元化、能力本位的考核机制,最终构建“教—学—做—评”闭环融合的教学新模式,教学成效获得多方认可。本研究为生物工程类课程教学改革提供了有价值的理论参考,同时也为推进专业学位研究生教育与产业需求深度融合提供了可借鉴的实践范式。

【Abstract】 In recent years, the biopharmaceutical industry has shown a rapid development trend. The demand for high-level scientific and technological talents in this industry has been continuously increasing. These talents need to have solid engineering practice abilities as well as innovative thinking. However, some obvious problems have emerged in the training of professional degree postgraduates in biology and medicine. The main issues are the insufficient connection between theory and practice, the slow update of teaching content, and the relatively single evaluation method. In response to these situations, the “Bioseparation Engineering(including experiments)” course was selected as the reform platform. Systematic research was carried out around the core teaching theme. The teaching content system was reconstructed, and the elements of ideological and political education in the curriculum were integrated. A new teaching structure was established, including teaching ideas, unit operations, and process integration. A comprehensive experimental project with the theme of “Bacterial Fermentation for Saponin Production and Its Separation and Extraction” was designed. Problem-oriented process design training was implemented, and a diversified, competency-based assessment mechanism was established. A new teaching model of “teaching-learning-doing-evaluation” closed-loop integration was constructed. The teaching effectiveness has been recognized by multiple parties. This study provides valuable theoretical references for the teaching reform of bioengineering courses and also offers a practical model for promoting the deep integration of professional degree postgraduate education with industrial demands.
