【摘要】 科技与产业协同创新是发展新质生产力、重塑区域竞争格局并助推高质量发展的重要驱动力。吉林省主动响应国家的战略部署，统筹科技创新资源、强化企业创新主体地位并加速科技成果转化与产业升级，以此积极培育新质生产力。受结构性矛盾与机制性障碍的影响，金融对科技与产业协同创新的支持仍存在供给不足、适配性不强及传导不畅等问题，这直接制约了科技与产业协同创新的效能释放。因此，研究科技与产业协同创新的金融支持路径具有重要理论价值与现实意义。本文梳理了吉林省科技与产业协同创新的金融支持现状，剖析了制约金融支持科技与产业协同创新的结构性矛盾与机制性障碍，并在借鉴国内外成功经验的基础上，提出吉林省金融支持科技与产业协同创新发展的路径优化策略，为吉林振兴探索“科技—产业—金融”协同发展提供可复制、可推广的实践范式。更多还原

【Abstract】 The collaborative innovation between science-technology and industry is a crucial driving force for developing new quality productive forces,reshaping the regional competitive landscape,and promoting high-quality development.Jilin Province has proactively responded to the national strategic deployment by coordinating scientific and technological innovation resources,strengthening the dominant role of enterprises in innovation,and accelerating the transformation of scientific and technological achievements and industrial upgrading,thereby actively cultivating new quality productive forces.However,affected by structural contradictions and institutional barriers,financial support for the collaborative innovation of science-technology and industry still faces issues such as insufficient supply,poor adaptability and impeded transmission,which directly restricts the release of the collaborative innovation effectiveness.Therefore,researching the financial support pathways for science-technology and industry collaborative innovation is of great theoretical value and practical significance.This paper reviews the current state of financial support for science-technology and industry collaborative innovation in Jilin Province,analyzes the structural contradictions and institutional barriers that restrict such financial support,and based on learning from successful domestic and international experiences,proposes optimization strategies for the pathways of financial support for the collaborative innovation development of science-technology and industry in Jilin Province.It aims to explore a replicable and scalable practical paradigm for the synergistic development of "science and technology-industry-finance" for the revitalization of Jilin Province.更多还原
