【摘要】 目的 探讨温阳调冲脏腑推拿联合温针灸治疗肝肾亏虚偏阳虚型腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果。方法 选取2025年1—6月上海市静安区中心医院收治的60例肝肾亏虚偏阳虚型腰椎间盘突出症患者为研究对象，按自愿原则分为观察组(接受温阳调冲脏腑推拿联合温针灸治疗，n=30)和对照组(接受温针灸治疗，n=30)。比较两组腰椎功能障碍程度、疼痛程度、中医证候积分及治疗效果。结果 治疗后，两组改良Oswestry功能障碍指数中的生活自理、行走、社会活动评分，主观视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、压痛VAS评分，以及中医证候积分均低于治疗前，且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后，观察组总有效率为90.00%，高于对照组的63.33%(P<0.05)。结论 温阳调冲脏腑推拿联合温针灸治疗肝肾亏虚偏阳虚型腰椎间盘突出症患者，能改善腰椎功能障碍及肾阳虚证候，缓解疼痛，临床疗效较好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical effect of wenyang tiaochong zangfu massage combined with warm acupuncture in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation with liver and kidney deficiency and partial yang deficiency type. Methods A total of 60 patients with lumbar disc herniation of liver and kidney deficiency and partial yang deficiency type admitted to Shanghai Jing’an District Central Hospital from January to June 2025 were selected as the research objects. According to the principle of voluntariness, they were divided into observation group(receiving wenyang tiaochong zangfu massage combined with warm acupuncture treatment, n = 30) and control group(receiving warm acupuncture treatment, n = 30). The degree of lumbar dysfunction, pain, the scores of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome, and therapeutic effect were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the scores of self-care, walking and social activities in the modified Oswestry Disability Index, the scores of subjective Visual Analogue Scale(VAS), the scores of tenderness VAS and the scores of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes in the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P < 0.05). After treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was 90.00%,which was higher than 63.33% of the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusions Wenyang tiaochong zangfu massage combined with warm acupuncture in the treatment of patients with lumbar disc herniation of liver and kidney deficiency and partial yang deficiency type can improve lumbar dysfunction and kidney yang deficiency syndrome, relieve pain, and have good clinical efficacy.更多还原
