【Abstract】 Body temperature monitoring is a key component of postoperative care in the post-anesthesia care unit(PACU) and is critical for preventing complications such as hypothermia and fever. This article reviews the evolution of temperature monitoring technologies in the PACU from invasive to non-invasive wearable devices, and analyzes the technical principles and current applications of infrared thermal imaging, flexible electronic skin patches, zero-heat-flux thermometers, and smart wearable devices. By comparing the performance of different technologies in terms of accuracy, comfort, and continuity, this paper discusses the advantages and clinical translation challenges of non-invasive devices in the PACU, aiming to provide an evidence-based reference for nursing practice.更多还原
