【摘要】 目的 探讨鼻腔负压置换治疗儿童上气道咳嗽综合征(UACS)的效果。方法 选取2024年5—11月于绵阳市中心医院住院治疗的84例UACS患儿，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，各42例。两组均根据原发病给予常规治疗。对照组给予生理性海水鼻腔喷雾器鼻腔冲洗治疗，观察组实施鼻腔负压置换治疗。比较两组临床效果、咳嗽症状严重程度及不良反应。结果 治疗后，观察组总有效率高于对照组；两组简易咳嗽程度评分量表评分低于治疗前，且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗期间，两组不良反应发生率比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 鼻腔负压置换治疗儿童UACS的效果较好，能够改善患儿咳嗽及鼻部症状，且安全性较好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of nasal negative pressure replacement in the treatment of upper airway cough syndrome(UACS) in children. Methods A total of 84 children with UACS who were hospitalized in Mianyang Central Hospital from May to November 2024 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method, with 42 cases in each group. Both groups were given conventional treatment based on the primary disease. The control group was treated with physiological seawater nasal spray nasal irrigation, and the observation group was treated with nasal negative pressure replacement therapy. The clinical effects, severity of cough symptoms and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group; the scores of the simple Cough Evaluation Test in the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P < 0.05). During the treatment, there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reaction between the two groups(P > 0.05). Conclusions Nasal negative pressure replacement is effective in the treatment of UACS in children, which can improve cough and nasal symptoms in children, and has good safety.更多还原
