【摘要】 随着5G、物联网与大数据技术的深度融合，住宅空间正加速向多模态智能应用集成发展，推动全屋定制企业从产品思维向场景化服务转型。然而，当前企业在智慧场景系统化落地过程中仍面临着需求响应不及时、组织协同不足及流程管理割裂等问题。基于此，本文引入全生命周期管理（LCM）理念，构建“项目—用户—团队—数据”四维协同闭环机制，并对智能家居场景设计全流程进行梳理优化，提出涵盖需求立项、项目管理与检测认证的三大业务系统实施方案，为全屋定制企业的数智化转型提供系统化路径参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the deep integration of 5G, the Internet of Things(IoT), and big data technologies, residential spaces are rapidly evolving toward multimodal intelligent application integration, driving whole-house customization enterprises to shift from product-oriented approaches to scenario-based services. However, in the process of implementing smart home scenarios, enterprises still face key challenges, including insufficient responsiveness to market demands, limited organizational coordination, and fragmented process management. This study introduces the Whole Life Cycle Management(WLCM) framework and constructs a four-dimensional collaborative closed-loop mechanism of project–user–team–data. Based on this mechanism, it further optimizes the entire design process of smart home scenarios and proposes an implementation plan for three major business systems covering demand initiation, project management, testing and certification, providing a systematic reference for the digital and intelligent transformation of wholehouse customization enterprises.更多还原
