【摘要】 本文从“十五五”时期推动科技创新和产业创新深度融合的内外环境变化与国家战略需求出发，基于共生视角认为科技创新和产业创新深度融合需要形成共生型融合创新体系，并在此基础上深入解析科技创新和产业创新深度融合的特征与机制。基于“需求牵引—供给推动—协同共生—治理保障”的四维分析框架，提出强化高端需求牵引、培育融合创新新动能，优化高质量科技供给、夯实融合创新体系基础，突出企业主导地位、壮大融合创新体系力量，营造协同共生的“热带雨林式”创新生态环境等系统推进科技创新和产业创新深度融合的实现路径。更多还原

【Abstract】 From the changes in the internal and external environments and national strategic needs,this paper believes that promoting the deep integration of technological innovation and industrial innovation during the 15th Five-Year Plan period necessitates the formation of a symbiotic innovation system.On this basis,it delves into the characteristics and mechanisms of the deep integration of technological innovation and industrial innovation.According to the four-dimensional analysis framework encompassing demand driving,supply promoting,collaborative symbiosis,and governance guarantee,this paper proposes the paths for systematically promoting the deep integration of technological innovation and industrial innovation.Specifically,the paths include strengthening high-end demand driving to foster new momentum for integrated innovation,optimizing high-quality technology supply to consolidate the foundation of the integrated innovation system,highlighting the leading position of enterprises to strengthen the integrated innovation system,and creating a collaborative and symbiotic “tropical rainforest-style” innovation ecosystem.更多还原
