【摘要】 坚定实施扩大内需战略是加快构建新发展格局的必然选择，而推动消费结构优化是扩大内需的重要实现路径，其战略价值在经济结构转型和高质量发展中日益凸显。本文从消费结构优化助力扩大内需的理论逻辑、现实依据与实现路径三个维度展开分析。研究结论如下：第一，需求层次提升、产业结构联动、创新驱动发展是消费结构优化助力扩大内需的理论逻辑。第二，居民收入持续增长、服务消费及其占比持续提升、消费升级类商品需求持续释放、城乡消费结构同频是消费结构优化助力扩大内需的现实依据。第三，提升居民消费能力与信心，以创新驱动满足和创造新需求，健全制度保障与优化消费生态以及在重点领域寻求突破、培育新消费增长引擎是消费结构优化助力扩大内需的实现路径。本文的分析不仅为扩大消费需求、驱动经济提质增效提供政策抓手，而且对于增进民生福祉具有重要的参考价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Resolutely implementing the strategy of expanding domestic demand is an inevitable choice for accelerating the formation of a new development paradigm, while optimizing the consumption structure serves as a crucial pathway to expanding domestic demand. Its strategic value is increasingly evident in driving economic structural transformation and achieving highquality development. This paper focuses on analyzing the theoretical logic, practical basis, and implementation pathways through which the optimization of consumption structure contributes to expanding domestic demand. The research findings are as follows:First, the theoretical logic by which consumption structure optimization aids in expanding domestic demand lies in the upgrading of demand hierarchies, linkages with industrial structure, and innovation-driven development. Second, the practical basis for consumption structure optimization to support the expansion of domestic demand includes sustained growth in household income,continuous increase in service consumption and its proportion, ongoing release of demand for consumption upgrade goods, and synchronized urban-rural consumption structures. Third, the implementation pathways for consumption structure optimization to expand domestic demand involve enhancing residents’ consumption capacity and confidence, meeting and creating new demands through innovation, improving institutional safeguards and optimizing the consumption ecosystem, as well as seeking breakthroughs in key areas and fostering new engines for consumption growth. This study not only provides policy measures to expand domestic demand and drive economic quality and efficiency improvement, but also has important reference value for enhancing people’s well-being.更多还原
