【摘要】 基于2009～2023年中国30个省份的面板数据，运用双向固定效应模型，实证分析农村产业融合对劳动力转移的影响效应及其作用机制。研究发现，农村产业融合水平与劳动力转移决策之间具有显著负相关关系，农村产业融合显著抑制劳动力的流出。机制分析表明，产业结构升级和农业生产效率提高是农村产业融合抑制劳动力流出的重要机制。异质性分析表明，上述抑制效应在城镇化水平较低、国家产业融合示范园布局较多、农业资源禀赋较弱以及欠发达地区更为明显。鉴于此，应强化农村产业融合的就业吸纳效能，促进劳动力实现本地高质量就业；因地制宜推进差异化区域政策，引导产业结构与区域特色优势深度耦合；构建跨区域协同发展机制，通过要素共享与优势互补推动区域经济协调发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the panel data from 30 provinces in China from 2009 to 2023, this paper employs a two-way fixed effect model to empirically analyze the impact of rural industrial integration on labor transfer, as well as its underlying mechanisms. The results show that, there is a significant negative correlation between the level of rural industrial integration and labor transfer decisions, indicating that rural industrial integration significantly inhibits the outflow of labor. Mechanism analysis shows that industrial structure upgrading and agricultural productivity growth are the important mechanisms for the rural industrial integration to inhibit the labor transfer. Heterogeneity analysis shows that this inhibitory effect is more pronounced in regions with lower urbanization levels, a higher concentration of national demonstration parks for industrial integration, weaker agricultural resource endowments, and in less developed areas. Accordingly, it is recommended to enhance the employment absorption capacity of rural industrial integration to facilitate high-quality local employment. Furthermore, differentiated regional policies tailored to local conditions should be implemented to guide the deep coupling of industrial structures with unique regional advantages. Finally, a crossregional coordinated development mechanism should be established to promote coordinated regional economic development through factor sharing and complementary advantages.更多还原
