【摘要】 基于2013～2023年我国277个城市面板数据，考察工业新质生产力与新能源产业高质量发展的内在联系。研究发现，工业新质生产力可正向驱动新能源产业高质量发展，且经过一系列稳健性、内生性检验后依然成立。推动产业结构升级是工业新质生产力赋能新能源产业高质量发展的重要途径。数据要素市场化配置可正向调节工业新质生产力与新能源产业高质量发展。工业新质生产力对资源型城市以及城市群新能源产业高质量发展的促进作用更强，对非资源型城市以及城市群外新能源产业高质量发展的驱动作用相对较弱。据此，应增强技术创新策源力，培育工业新质生产力；加快产业集群化发展，推动产业结构升级；完善数据管理制度，促进数据要素市场化配置，推动新能源产业高质量发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on panel data from 277 cities from 2013 to 2023, this study empirically examines the impact of industrial new quality productivity on the high-quality development of the new energy industry. The research results indicate that industrial new quality productivity can positively drive the high-quality development of the new energy industry, and it still holds true after a series of robustness and endogeneity tests. Promoting the upgrading of industrial structure is an important way to empower the high-quality development of the new energy industry with industrial new quality productivity. The market-oriented allocation of data elements can positively regulate the high-quality development of industrial new quality productivity and new energy industry. The promotion effect of industrial new quality productivity on the high-quality development of new energy industries in resource-based cities and urban agglomerations is stronger, while the driving effect on the high-quality development of new energy industries in non resource based cities and outside urban agglomerations is relatively weak. Based on this, it is proposed to enhance the source of technological innovation and cultivate industrial new quality productivity; accelerate the development of industrial clusters and promote the upgrading of industrial structure; suggestions for improving data management systems and promoting market-oriented allocation of data elements, in order to advance the high-quality development of the new energy industry.更多还原
