【摘要】 水生态产品是生态产品的重要组成部分，推动其价值实现是破解生态保护与经济发展矛盾、激活“绿水青山”向“金山银山”转化通道的关键举措。通过系统阐述水生态产品的概念及分类，基于功能价值法构建水生态产品的价值核算体系，明确核算范围、核算指标、核算方法和核算流程，并聚焦浙江省典型平原湖漾——洛舍漾开展价值核算，2024年度洛舍漾水生态产品价值达到4.64亿元。在价值核算基础上，针对每一类水生态产品提出价值增值和价值实现路径建议，着力推动“水美资源”向“水美经济”转化。更多还原

【Abstract】 Promoting the value realization of aquatic ecological products,an important component of ecological products,is a key measure to address the imbalance between ecological protection and economic development,and to facilitate the transformation from “green mountains and clear waters” to “golden mountains and silver mountains”.This study systematically elaborates on the concept and classification of aquatic ecological products and constructs a value accounting framework based on the functional value approach.The accounting scope,indicators,methods,and procedures are clearly defined.Taking Luoshe Lake,a typical plain lake in Zhejiang Province,as a case study,the value of aquatic ecological products was estimated to reach 464 million yuan in 2024.Based on value accounting,value-added strategies and value realization pathways are proposed for each type of aquatic ecological product,with the aim of promoting the transformation of “beautiful water as natural resources” into “beautiful water as economic drivers”.更多还原
